En el caso del Forest, al haber pasado dos temporadas en el Championship (Segunda divisi\u00f3n), el l\u00edmite de p\u00e9rdidas a tres a\u00f1os es menor, de 61 millones en total.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el Everton en un comunicado, la nueva acusaci\u00f3n se centra en el per\u00edodo de 2019 a 2023, por lo que el club entiende que ya fue sancionado y que apelar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa Premier League no tiene directrices que prevengan que un club pueda ser sancionado por per\u00edodos financieros en los que ya ha sido castigado, como si ocurre, por ejemplo, en la EFL (de Segunda a Cuarta divisi\u00f3n). La sanci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ir desde la p\u00e9rdidas de puntos a la multa econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>La sanci\u00f3n al Everton de diez puntos fue la m\u00e1s grande en la historia de la Premier, superando a la que recibi\u00f3 el Portsmouth de nueve puntos en la temporada 2009-2010 por declararse en bancarrota.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, la Premier League ha acusado de irregularidades financieras a tres clubes de la competici\u00f3n, Everton, Forest y Manchester City, que se enfrenta a 115 cargos, aunque el proceso apenas ha avanzado y sigue estancado desde hace pr\u00e1cticamente un a\u00f1o.
