de dinero correspondiente<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Madrid, Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El futbolista del Real Madrid Marcelo Vieira da Silva ha reconocido hoy ante el juez un delito fiscal por defraudar a Hacienda 490.917,70 euros en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas F\u00edsicas (IRPF) del ejercicio 2013 y se ha comprometido a consignar esa cantidad.<\/p>\n<p>Fuentes jur\u00eddicas han informado a Efe de que Marcelo ha comparecido este martes durante apenas diez minutos ante el juzgado de instrucci\u00f3n n\u00famero 4 de Alcobendas (Madrid) a ra\u00edz de la denuncia que la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 contra \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de buscar \u00abun beneficio fiscal il\u00edcito\u00bb, el jugador ocult\u00f3 en sus declaraciones de 2011, 2012 y 2013 las cantidades cobradas por esos derechos de imagen.De hecho, tras la declaraci\u00f3n del ejercicio de 2013, en septiembre del a\u00f1o siguiente Hacienda devolvi\u00f3 a Marcelo 10.258,34 euros.En el proceso, una de las sociedades que forman parte del entramado (Chaterella Investors Limited) obtuvo en 2011 y 2012 rentas facturadas al Real Madrid que ocasionaron un perjuicio a la Hacienda P\u00fablica de 100.476 euros y 101.615, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sporthiva.com\/index.php\/2017\/11\/28\/luis-enrique-podria-dirigir-al-ac-milan\/\"><strong>Te puede interesar:\u00a0Luis Enrique podr\u00eda dirigir al AC Mil\u00e1n<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, dichas cantidades son inferiores a los 120.000 euros a partir de los cuales se considera un delito contra la Hacienda P\u00fablica.Pero en 2013 la sociedad Birsen Trade, S.A. obtuvo unas rentas de 1.168764,38 euros \u00abaparentemente\u00bb derivadas de los derechos de imagen del jugador facturadas al Real Madrid, a Adidas y a Panini que no se ingresaron en la Base Imponible del IRPF, lo que ocasion\u00f3 un perjuicio a Hacienda de 490.917,70 euros.Asimismo, informa la Fiscal\u00eda que el 20 de febrero de 2015, una vez consumado el presunto delito, esta sociedad, \u00abcon la intenci\u00f3n de dar una apariencia de realidad a la cesi\u00f3n\u00bb de los derechos de imagen\u00bb, present\u00f3 una declaraci\u00f3n censal para darse de alta en la Agencia Tributaria.La sociedad present\u00f3 el documento en el que solicitaba el N\u00famero de Identificaci\u00f3n Fiscal (NIF), fijaba su domicilio fiscal en Espa\u00f1a y se\u00f1alaba como fecha de inicio de su actividad el 1 de junio de 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Concluye la Fiscal\u00eda que dicha sociedad present\u00f3 en la misma fecha declaraciones extempor\u00e1neas correspondientes al IVA y al Impuesto de Sociedades.En este \u00faltimo caso, supuestamente someti\u00f3 a tributaci\u00f3n los ingresos obtenidos de la explotaci\u00f3n de los derechos de imagen del denunciado a un tipo de gravamen del 25%, m\u00e1s beneficioso que el 51,3 por ciento aplicable en el
