Constancia, disciplina y una rutina de 4 sencillos ejercicios, que son los responsables de que esta sensual chica muestre su envidiable tableta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo solo en el gimnasio se hace ejercicio, tambi\u00e9n en casa. Solo necesitas una alfombra y ropa deportiva. Reg\u00e1late una hora de tu tiempo diario, al menos 3 d\u00edas a la semana. Pero, adem\u00e1s debes tener una buena alimentaci\u00f3n y beber tres litros de agua diarios\u00bb, recomienda.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n la rutina que nos ense\u00f1a Karla para lograr un vientre plano. Al ejecutarlos correctamente quemas grasa acumulada en el vientre e incrementas la fuerza\u00a0abdominal y adquieres flexibilidad. Haz repeticiones de 15, unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Luego,\u00a0<strong>planks hacia arriba<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3yate sobre tus antebrazos con los pies en el aire, durante 30 segundos.\u00a0Al mantener\u00a0esta posici\u00f3n de \u00a0forma prolongada varios m\u00fasculos se activan y, como resultado, se tendr\u00e1 una espalda fuerte, gl\u00fateos y brazos tonificados,\u00a0piernas en forma y un abdomen plano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plank normal<\/strong>: T\u00fambate boca abajo apoyada sobre los antebrazos y las puntas de los pies. Qu\u00e9date\u00a0paralela al suelo activando fuerte el abdomen, la zona lumbar, los gl\u00fateos y las piernas. Se realizar\u00e1n series de 30 segundos con descanso de 30 segundos entre series.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abdominales con levantamiento de piernas extendidas<\/strong>:\u00a0Sentada con las manos extendidas, eleva al mismo tiempo las piernas y los brazos hacia arriba y sost\u00e9n un momento.
