Los \u00abBlues\u00bb cometieron infracciones relacionadas con el\u00a0traspaso y registro de 29 jugadores menores de 18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Chelsea no podr\u00e1 incorporar jugadores hasta el verano de 2020 tras violar los\u00a0art\u00edculos 18 b\u00a0y 19 del Reglamento, adem\u00e1s de haber cometido\u00a0infracciones con los requisitos de registro.
