En muchos casos, tiene que ver m\u00e1s con los dos \u00faltimos factores que con los dos primeros, a pesar de que sean m\u00e1s conocidos.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque nos han contado muchas teor\u00edas sobre c\u00f3mo act\u00faa un m\u00fasculo, este s\u00f3lo puede hacer una cosa: contraerse. Si durante mucho tiempo solicitamos su acci\u00f3n, llega un momento en el que pierde la capacidad de hacerlo adecuadamente, se contrae por exceso para defenderse y lo hace a tirones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te puede interesar:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sporthiva.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/29\/la-relacion-sexo-deporte\/\">La relaci\u00f3n entre sexo y deporte<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer para evitarlos? Hidratarnos adecuadamente. Las bebidas ricas en sales minerales, por ejemplo, son una buena opci\u00f3n, sobre todo, si sudamos. Una alimentaci\u00f3n rica en frutas y verduras tambi\u00e9n es determinante para la correcta contracci\u00f3n muscular. Por su parte, el entrenamiento adecuado, respecto a la intensidad y cantidad del mismo, es fundamental; al igual que el calentamiento previo a la actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, hacer ejercicios de flexibilidad o estiramientos justo en el momento del calambre te ser\u00e1 de gran ayuda. De hecho, debes estirar el m\u00fasculo protagonista de la contracci\u00f3n para detenerla. Muchas personas hacen justo lo contrario y, por tanto, favorecen el calambre.
